Alexey Moiseev

Deputy Finance Minister, The Russian Federation

Alexey Moiseev has been serving as a Deputy Finance Minister of the Russian Federation since 2012. Prior to this Mr Moiseev worked in various senior positions in the private sector, and served as a senior economist at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Mr Moiseev graduated with honours and received a Master of Business Administration from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Rochester in the United States. He graduated with honours from the State Academy of Management in Moscow, Russia in International Economics. Mr Moiseev has received a number awards for his economic research.
